- B.Com /BA/B.Sc.
- Additional qualification in Marketing Management would be preferable.
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience with Cargo & Express Industry would be an advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing all Customer related commercial activities like collection of payments.
- Interfacing with customers at business and technical levels and providing technical support to existing and potential customers.
- Collecting Market intelligence on competitors, customers, and new projects, Technology trends through networking, Field visits and assessing market potential for Online Express Courier Service
- Measuring, monitoring and improving customer Satisfaction.
- Motivating, supporting and training Subordinates and giving them effective performance related feedback to help develop their skills.
Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of technical aspects of relevant products
- Proven skills in sales management techniques and ability to execute sales strategies.
- Ability to work effectively with and gain confidence and respect of customers, senior management, sales team and channel partners.
